Job Title: Startup Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual with an inclination towards crafting, responsible for overseeing and accelerating the development and growth of our startup. This role is ideal for a versatile, adaptable professional who can wear multiple hats and drive strategic initiatives, including product development, listing enhancements, operations, and business scaling. The Startup Specialist will work closely with the founder to implement innovative strategies, optimize business functions, and help turn the vision into a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Product Development:
- Coordinate and oversee projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Testing our wide range of craft supplies and updating findings.
- Curation and development of DIY Craft kits for customers.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and customer segments for growth.
- Perform competitive analysis and industry research to guide strategic decisions.
- Operations and Listing:
- Ideation and enhancement of process flows and procedures.
- New listing & enhancement of existing product listing on our website and third-party listing channels.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the brand’s target audience.
- Create engaging visuals, videos, blog posts, and tutorials showcasing our craft products and their applications.
- Collaborate with artisans to capture process-driven content and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Schedule, post, and monitor content, ensuring consistent voice and tone. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster a vibrant online community.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 Years, This role is ideal for beginners passionate about crafts and eager to learn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong interest in crafts, DIY, and handmade products.
- Basic understanding of startup ecosystems or willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills for relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition channels.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
