Distilled water is made by boiling water and later condensing the same. This removes minerals as well as other impure elements such as bacteria, viruses and other organic substances. Distilled water is not the same as demineralised water.
Despite the manufacturing process that removes impure elements, distilled water is still prone to high microbial action. This is due to the handling and storage containers used.
The user is requested to add preservatives of their choice on receipt of the product.
Note: This product sold on 29/03/2024 and onwards has added 1% phenoxy ethanol. This can result in distilled water to be slightly cloudy.

Storage: Store in the same container as received in a cool, dry place; away from sunlight. This product has no added preservatives and the user is advised to add their own preservatives as per their end product requirements on receipt of the product.
Caution: This is a cosmetic-grade product. Not suitable for internal consumption. Batch Production Testing and Patch skin Testing of the end products are recommended for all formulations before mass production/application/usage. This product is extremely prone to microbial action. The user is requested to add preservative on receipt of goods depending on end usage requirements.
