Usage:
-Preparation: Ensure the flowers or items to be preserved are clean and dry before use.
-Placement: Pour a layer of blue silica gel crystals into a suitable container. Arrange the flowers or items on top of the crystals. Gently cover the flowers completely with additional silica gel crystals.
-Drying Process: Seal the container to prevent moisture from entering. Allow the flowers to dry for 2 to 7 days, depending on their size and moisture content.
-Checking for Moisture: Monitor the colour of the crystals. They will turn from blue to pink as they absorb moisture.
-Recharging: Once the crystals turn pink, they can be recharged. Sunlight: Place the crystals in direct sunlight for several hours until they turn blue again. Microwave: Spread the crystals on a microwave-safe plate and heat in 30-second intervals until they regain their blue colour (do not overheat).
-Storage: Store unused crystals in a cool, dry place. Keep the recharged crystals in an airtight container to maintain their effectiveness.
-Safety Information: Non-Toxic: Safe for use around plants and pets, but avoid direct contact with food. Handle with care; do not ingest or inhale. Usage of gloves is necessary.
